Default Couple basic questions on Ti frame design

I believe these might be pretty basic questions so I apologize. I have two questions on options on a Ti frame.

Dropouts.... Is there any advantage of hooded dropouts versus flat? I've had a couple of frames with hooded dropouts, sometimes a pain aligning the skewer. Wondering why some builders go with them.

Derailleur hanger.... Replaceable versus fixed. I've seen both. I know with Ti, like steel, that a hanger can be bent back and highly unlikely it will break, but any advantage of one over the other.

    Thanks

Hooded dropouts provide a large surface that's easy to miter the seatstays and chainstays to for welding.

Titanium is tougher to bend than steel. Makes aligning derailleur hangers difficult although not impossible.

Ask your builder what they recommend. They should know the advantages and disadvantages of each and they probably have a preference on which one to use.
