Nice. That is no post cleaning? Nice heat and gas control.

have known Ted Wojcik myself for a number of years, and at one time had a road bike from him. was always amazed at how perfect his welding is. you were so lucky to have been taught some things by him, wish i had that opportunity when i was younger. good luck with your company!!
I'm betting that I'm just abnormal enough to survive.
With the move of "road" to go 12mm TA front, that puts a monkey wrench in my ideal scenario of having all my bikes have swappable wheel sets regardless whether it's road or mountain. So what happens when the parts don't exist? Time to turn your own...
And installed:
I'll have them anodized post Builders' Ball 2015.
They have 12mm endcaps that fit their road hubs (and they're silver!), but, I'm not sure if the endcaps are the same for road and MTB.

Why do people feel the need to list all of their bikes in their signature?
They do you are correct, but they are different from road to mountain. They make a QR, 9mm, 15mm and 20mm kit for this hub, and for road they make a QR, a 9mm TA and 15mm TA kit. But the kits are really different in their spacing. Here's the road 15mm and here's the mountain 15mm. If you compare the two visually, the road end caps look a lot shorter? The specs are also different for the recessed slot in the fork for TA road and TA mountain. For mountain it's 21mm and for road it appears to be about 19mm.
I suppose I could have gotten a set of the 9mm end caps and modified those but I had the material here in hand and just reverse engineered the part with new specs. That's the fun part!
Thanks to all who pre-ordered. T's arrived this afternoon and will ship ASAP! I've got a few extras I'll put up in the web store shortly, so keep your eyes peeled if you did not order ahead of time.
Landed in So Cal. Thanks! Fantastic grey ink choice. Thanks for the bonus decal also.

Got another rolling tool chest so all things Bridgeport and Lathe can live in the same corner. Really digging this new set up and it's only been one day... Also on the list: I'm going to weld up some wall mounted racks for tubing storage that will live above the door. The horizontal band saw will get a new base with 4 wheels which will drop it lower and make rolling it out for the occasional use easier.
