Default Trying to identify a repainted italian(allegedly) track frame?

Pretty old school frame. Bb stamp is 2 digits between crosses or plus signs, bb shell lug has circular cutout, chainstays flare vertically near center, lugs wide and long and thinned into tube on points. Italian threaded, campy ends all around, flat fork crown with round blades. Similar to the fork on my 70s Kellogg track. Not the lightest out there but some nice touches, I just can't decide what it is.

Front tire (23mm) is like 2mm away from downtube on a 53x54. Super tight geo

I bet you a dollar it says +GF+

This is the maker's mark for a Georg Fischer bottom bracket shell. Used by many builders.

If you have clinchers on it, this will be the case - it was almost certainly made to be used with tubulars.
