Imagine all the bikes that would fit on top and off the receiver of the this thing. I for one dig it. My local Ford dealer has one with the Titanium package and some of the other options I would want. I think we will go touch and feel one this weekend.
Cool. I love shit like this, practical and quirky.

I just drove an Escape 1700 miles around AZ and UT. It was rough around the edges, a little wobbly on high-speed corners, and not quick. But it was resolutely competent, even-tempered and frugal. I didn't mind it at all.

...OK, I did mind the stupid Snyc system. I could never figure out how to control my iPod through the interface, so I'd just get it going before I plugged it into the car. Maybe if I'd read the manual? But screw that, I was on vacation!

I find myself very interested in this. It's made in Leipzig but it's no jelly bean.

Yes, we pulled up next to it at a red light. Its idle sounded was incredible.

Well, the GF and I split after about 6 years.

In the settlement she gets the tent + the espresso maker.

A week of searching has led me to http://www.tarptent.com

Wife got the control of the living room, so I hardly use it to listen to music/watch movies, but I'd like to renew the setup with beasts like this:

    And I thought I was underpowered with a 50W Class A amp...

Do you think you could chain that Marantz thing to the Shindo amp? That would be so sweet.

    RE: tarptent.

Purchased the Double Rainbow and took it out this past weekend. It's big, it's tall! Easy to set up and the set-up w/out stakes is easy (uses 55" trekking poles). It was pretty windy at 7,000' and the thing held up like a champ.
