39 varieties of yogurt in the grocery store... and they are all non fat or low fat.
what about us people that want the full on thick yogurt? c
an't we put all that crappy low fat stuff in a corner of the store so it doesn't get mixed in with the real food?

Can't fake it, can't fix them, can't unfuck the situation.

Look for Greek or Turkish yogurt imho.

I hate Greek yogurt and it seems to be taking over the shelf space around here. Is it the greek mafia muscling out the other brands?

As to boxerboxer's situation, I have sympathy but absolutely no advise. Seems very tough. I have hope that you can come to terms with one another because everyone has something that makes them beautiful in their way.

Southerners. Just came back from three days in Richmond, VA and I've had enough "sonny, love, honey, sweety, sugar, doll, and dear" to last a life time. Can't you people tell I'm a prick New Englander? Stop trying to be so damn friendly and nice to me.

Also, I have to go back there next week.

The toddler is teething again or about to make a landmark change. We thought she already had all her baby teeth, so perhaps she's working on a groundbreaking etude. Anyhow, this results in significantly less sleep since she's waking up pissed off every two hours. Since her birth 18 months ago, my bet is that we've had maybe six weeks of sleeping through the night total. Sleep deprivation does bad things to my brain/mood/body.

I have been recruited into an amateur team to race the state road series. It is a team of 8 with 5 permanents and the other three (me being one of them) have to kind of duke it out in training to get the 6th spot for each round. I appreciate getting the ride but to put that much into training on the off chance I might get to go race is kind of off putting. Having said that it can only be beneficial for all the other racing throughout the year. Then, being sick this week when I need to be putting the kms in the bank has me wondering whether I should step back and let a younger guy a crack at it.

I'll do push ups 'cause I need to be a bit stronger anyway. Some sit ups as well.

I burned out the bearings on my trainer. It doesn't go around any more. I don't want to spend money on a trainer or any part of one. I want to spend money on new bike wheels or a whole bike I can ride around in the woods. If you saw the ice around here you'd know why a fat bike is useless. I nearly killed myself taking in the garbage can yesterday morning. It just looked wet. It wasn't. It was black ice. Ow sonofabitch ow. I need to start working on balance exercises because falling on your ass so you don't trash your knee ligaments is pathetic.
