Good Old Craigslist!

Few years back a plumbing contractor 7 ton service truck backed over my then commuter - a real nice blue and white Retrotec Triple with Pass Stow rack - while I watched in horror n a coffee shop about five yards way.

After getting over the shock I salvaged the rack and some of the components. No such luck with the frame and fork. Both were mis-aligned and the head tube warped. I gave it to a guy who said he was going to bang the head tube back into true enough to allow it to steer then use it for a Northwestern University campus commuter.

Today I got an e-mail from Curtis Inglis. Apparently someone (maybe the guy I gave it to?) posted the frame and fork for sale on Chicago CL with no mention of the trauma. Hope whoever bought it had mechanical smarts.
