first game a surprise...
what surprised me most was how much crying crosby did.
he sure cried a lot for " the worlds greatest living hockey player.."

I was really surprised to see the B's take the game like that. But also, it could have very easily been much closer.

i never really see the penguins play other than maybe once a year...( a lot like vancouver a couple of years ago )...
it seems like they actually really suck.
mistake after mistake.

the first game could have been closer ..
but, last night could have been 9-1.

You see this sometimes with teams comprised of one-season hired guns and one or two superstars. In a similar manner..it's always the underlying anxiety with Heat fans I'm sure...those guys can blow it at any time...although LeBron to his credit is prety remarkable.

I think the thing is, this is how the pens have played all season, but they didnt have any change of mentality or intensity in the playoffs, unlike the bruins (as well as some of the other teams). Last night was an outlier to that theory though, and I absolutely loved it.
