*The Mac n' cheese is uncooked. I'll add the "after" later.
What I'm cooking:
1. Juicy Lucy's - hamburger with slice of gruyere and sharp cheddar sealed in the middle cooked thru on a soft bun
2. Slap Me Hard - mac n' cheese. Done the old fashion way with a rhue + too much expensive cheese, garlic slurry, pepper, plain bread crumbs, very hot chipolte. Sauce gently mixed with undercooked mini-penne and poured into large corning dish, covered with shredded cheddar and gruyere. Cooked uncovered until it looks right.
3. Almost zero calories.
Condiments:
- Carmelized sweet onions, musrooms and garlic
- Pickles
- butter lettuce
- stone ground mustard
