Is it just me or does Tyler end up in way too many last km crashes?

That's what happens when he wears his transitions lenses.
Everybody knows they are only of use in Triathlons.
It's not just you.
that's the weirdest looking left leg ever.
illusion or is there something going on i've never noticed before?

Tyler is a cursed rider.
It's sad.

it seems to me that sprinters crash a lot.
Did it get worse after Wouters died? It seems like it did. Cav has certainly had his share of pretty spectacular crashes ( for example) but he wins a few here and there too. Farrar has one win in the last year. Might make the crashes bigger.
I'll just speculate here: Tyler didn't spend much of last year fighting for first or second place; so much as third through sixth. He's more likely to be dealing with heavier and more erratic traffic as the Cavs and Greipels fight it out in the rarefied air up front. Maybe the crashes are more a reflection of that theory, and his form, than any handling shortcomings?
It's certainly more hectic banging bars back there than punching holes in the air. It certainly holds water. Maybe he needs to move up a bit earlier and start at the front instead of coming from behind. Easy from this side of the keyboard though. ;-P
