Orzo is one of my favorite go to foils for whatever fresh leafy veg is looking good at the green grocery and it goes like this:
Orzo + Broccolini
1. Boil salted water, add orzo
2. When orzo is close to done add chopped Broccolini cover, return to boil and drain immediately.
3. Toss all into a cool bowl and mix in : EVO, pepper and grated parmigiano reggiano to taste, serve warm
If you want to serve room temp. leave the cheese out and at that point you can add chunks of leftover salmon or canned tuna (not the commercial garbage please) and garnish.

Oh...Big Green Egg is in the house. Had to make a fresh turkey to go with ;)
