Congrats Tom on breaking well past 150 and good single digit BF. With your training, you should be kicking some solid Masters butt.

Didn't eat a whole lot yesterday and had a few hours of low intensity exercise.

Am stalling out.... Still eating around 1800 kcals a day and running 30-35 miles per week. Should be enough. Argh. I think it's weekend cheating that's getting me. It's much easier to get a fixed, structured day with no snacking at work.
The weekends are always tough for me. It's either extra riding time or being super disciplined. Rode a hard 4 hrs yesterday, but had guests over for a b-day party, pizza and cake will get you everytime! Don't get discouraged, keep the image of the scale right where you want it imprinted on your brain. You can do it!

I've gone back up I'm going on vacation this weekend (Nashville for a week then Gulf Shores for a week), eff it.
What the eff? I can't believe no one has called you on this.....your size must be scaring the rest of 'em off. Now listen hear AntLockyer, you're gonna stick with the program or Richie and I are gonna whip your ass (aren't we richie?...this dude's too big for me
alone)
Ant, excuses man. Vacation doesnt have to be your downfall. I went to Asheville for a week and lost 5lbs. Granted I rode my arse off but even so, you could run and eat relatively clean. Dont slip and stay on track.
PS: When you are in Nashville give me a shout. Im just a ways north. Might come have a beer ( light beer of course) with you if your schedule allows
Falling from high places, falling through lost spaces,

Thanks for the gentle kick fellas. TJ I will do that.
Basically I've been going about this the wrong way, trying to restrict my calories with very little increase in exercise. It just made me miserable and hungry. Gonna step the work rate up and get fit again.
