L. Zinn is reachable and prob. still has an stock of 400mm AlphaQ and WoundUp are avail. with 400mm steerer.
When you say "massively" and "tall" in the same sentence is the rider infact heavy as well? If that is the case I'd go with the WoundUp.

I've gotten long-steered forks from Wound Up and Enve/Edge - and from Alpha Q when they were around. Ya just gotta ask and they'll do it.
There is also a nice 1.125" steel steerer from True Temper that we use on most of our steel forks that seems plenty long.

Another option is Serotta.
We do the F3 with long steerers. The 10.5 (highest) stiffness model comes stock with the long steerer (450mm I believe) and it's also possible to get the other F3 models with the long steerer as well, including a model for medium reach (47-57mm) brakes.
Thanks for the help boys. Brian, your working at Serotta I take. What rake have the forks ? I need one with 47.............and need one as quickly as possible, ain´t that always the way. Please let me know and also the easiest way to purchase, I´m over in Germany.
