Question for Josh. We're getting closer to snow birding and thinking about RVs. I like Airstream because of my submariner background. I know it would work for me. My wife is 6'3" and I have concerns about her whacking her head all the time. I know you're taller than that, how does it work for you?

I should have made it more clear, the one thats in our price range looks nothing like the one above, haha. But, we bought it, needs quite a bit of work, but I'll post a few reno things here. Hoping to make this mostly kitted out for weekend trips tor races and rides, where we wouldn't ever plug in or anything. Just gonna set it up to have interior lights that plug into a power bank, and a cooler instead of a fridge. We already have a few thetford toilets.
Pretty neat we can pull it very easily with the outback, and move it around but hand.

despite many demands we do not paint it, we will be doing so, ha.
That looks like a lot of fun.
I've been thinking about a tiny trailer to park on the property somewhere as a writing office, but 1.) kinda dumb to use a trailer when I could just build a wood-framed cubicle and 2.) mice love trailers parked in the woods.
wow, that looks really spacious inside too. cool find - yes keep us posted on the renovation. the paint is cool, but i'd probably re-paint also.

We built a treehouse, not sure if I posted on here about it at all. Was a very fun project. Basically built everything to solid standards as far as sealing it, air gaps, vapor barriers etc. Good experience, probably a bit overboard. Next we want to so something with exposed wood frame and custom built windows (by us), give us a bit more creative freedom. Probably very little or no insulation, and maybe just another wood stove for shoulder season use. We want to do a bit more experimenting in transparency, and push ourselves a bit.
We have it on airbnb when we're not using it for guests.

The treehouse is fantastic. Well done.

Vermonters have all the fun. That's really cool.
That's awesome - what is the water source for the shower?
"As an homage to the EPOdays of yore- I'd find the world's last remaining pair of 40cm ergonomic drop bars.....i think everyone who ever liked those handlebars in that shape and in that width is either dead of a drug overdose, works in the Schaerbeek mattress factory now and weighs 300 pounds or is Dr. Davey Bruylandts...who for all I know is doing both of those things." - Jerk
