I'm going on six weeks of bed rest, not even wheelchair use - I'm wasting away and I'm only 1/2 way to being checked out for WC use........fun times.........

Bummer indeed. My advice is to push it, just like you've done before, to find out what you can do.
Good luck Steve. Hope you get better.

Rest and recover, please. I'll make do by looking back through your work. There's at least six weeks worth of great stuff that I've forgotten about.

    Man, totally.

Not only Covid (I can name a dozen healthy people who have / had it and maybe 12 dead if not more, mostly elderly) but just the flu or a cold with a cracked chest, no thanks !!!

Lungs are clear after a week of what I called "Puking out of your lungs" and I stretch the scar and do deep breathing.

I wanna come back from this strong, I know how long I have left to live more or less and I wanna rock it.

The great news is that you're above ground, typing and you're probably a royal pain in the ass to your lovely bride!

In another life I worked in Cardiac Rehab. Great job for a youngster. If we even hinted about having a cold or illness the boss MD gave us a paid week off. Nothing could be worse than a super spreader in a fresh heart exercise setting. That is why I always mention the deep breathing drills. The ones that did it had much faster and successful results.

    Thanks !!!!

Yeah, if I can not get sick for 3 months I feel like my immune system should be fairly normal?

    Thoughts on that?

I've been on the super DL as far as people, man, kind of lonely but at the same time kind of not WRT all that's 2020 = getting pretty skinny as I can't exercise much with the 5lb weight limit (my coffee cup weighs that) but I'll go into my post operative world light, at least.

This pic was about a week ago, I think I've lost 15-20lbs down from around 180?
