I watched the first series...Fire...while on the trainer this evening. It was awesome and I can't wait to watch the other three series. You meat cookers and BBQers like a Dustin, TT and Bruce...you will die when you watch the last half of this episode which discusses the history of pit BBQ and responsible animal production and harvesting. Warning...this is not a cooking show but a documentary about the science and cultural history of how and why humans cook. I hope that I explained it well.
