It was a light cooking weekend for me:
Beer braised meatballs (50% beef, 25% veal, 25% lamb, seasoned with nutmeg, coriander, tarragon, salt and pepper)
Dill onion bread (my first bread baking attempt)
Glazed brussel sprouts with pancetta
I had the meatballs for leftovers today. Best work lunch ever.
