wife picked up some good looking snapper at the store over the weekend so we're going to make some fish tacos happen tonight. nice spicey rub on the fish, on the grill and the proper fixins.

anyone got some good taco recipe's??

homemade salsa is the key! If I didn't have GERD I'd eat this salsa like soup.

I keep it simple. Chopped steak, a quick marinade with seasonings to taste (cumin, salt, pepper, chile flakes, etc). Cooks quickly, in a minute or two. Spoon onto fresh corn tortillas, warmed in the oven (wrapped in aluminum foil). Add fresh salsa of your choice, I like something with roasted chiles. Garnish with a pile of cilantro and chopped onion. The tacos of my childhood.

Was going to have cod tacos with salsa and blue corn chips.

The cats really like cod, so much for the tacos.

Had lamb burgers with blue cheese, yummy, cats hate blue cheese.
