Is it just me, or does anyone else who OEMs Enve schtuff really, REALLY wishes it came logo-less.

It's big and obnoxious and white, which is kinda like me but without the scintillating conversation.

Not exactly related, but I've asked them to no avail if they would make balanced rims. I take off all the decals except the one opposite the valve stem, which helps if you don't count ugly, but even with the shortest lightest valve extenders and odometer magnet placed opposite the valve, the wheel still isn't balanced.

Is this of value to anyone but me, and if so, would builders get more traction with Enve? What's the best hack if I have to fix it myself?

I think with ENVE and other high end wheels, aside from some manufacturers ultra high grade finish your paying a premium for the name. so they ship it branded, with branding properly applied so you dont see a crowd of people running around with your wheels that applied stickers themselfs that did it poorly on a $2k+ wheelset.

I just built a set of their MTB rims for a sponsored rider (rims provided by his frame sponsor). It annoys me that the logos are not centered about the valve. The "ENVE" is, and it wraps from one side of the rim to the other, so I kinda get why they're lined up the way they are. But when you throw in the "M60", it's all f'd up.

Also shocked that the 'tubeless kit' for $1000 rims is just Gorilla tape. Like what people use for ghetto tubeless set ups on their stock Alex rims on their $500 bikes.

This guy sells ENVE 'blackout' decals in matte and gloss black. Good stuff; he's a member across the hall (maybe here, too).

Swing by the auto tire shop and get some wheel weights from them. Add it to the brake track (they're typically self adhesive) and get the wheel balance. The epoxy it inside the rim cavity. Don't do it on a nipple as it will make servicing the wheel a PITB down the road. Make sure to account for the weight of the epoxy as well.
