The rock star is dying. And it's a small tragedy. Rock stars have blogs now. I have no use for that kind of rock star.

The big 100.
Another shop improvement, a DEE-LUXE tool setter. Good design is good design no matter who makes it!
Getting ready for NAHBS we've been cranking out the parts including a new batch of T3 Journeyman stuff.
Hellroy in his natural environment running a huge batch of Bender Bending Rodriguez arms!
Speaking of Bender, here's a little porn:
Last but not least, some new parts for the completely new stay mitering fixtures. This whole burrito will blow your mind but we'll save those for NAHBS.
lighting wire loops, made from DT spoke wrapped around a scrap of Honjo fender stay.

Plaid fenders for Don Cherry.
I don't know why they don't come up in order but you can figure this out.
Happy Friday.
I had to contribute to #100. Fortunately, this one is turning out really good so far.

Not missing the 100th week!
Attachment 29463
In the last 24 hours:
6 Packages out the door. 7 packages in. 2 frames ready for paint. 2 tires glued. One wheel built. 7 sales. 38 phone calls. 110 emails. 40 message board posts. 50 facebook messages. 40 tweets. 3 t-shirt designs. 1 jersey design. trade show booth art. New business card designs. 3 hours driving. AND a Fucking Revolution!
Last night:
7005 CX/gravel frame.
Tonight-how you make a 3.3 pound steel mtb frame;
Flatten some stuff to avoid the need for bridges.
Cut some holes in stuff.
Only 3 frames left for NAHBS. Frank is cranking out one frame per day.
Driving a truck down at the last minute has it's advantages...
not a lot of building this week but I did deliver the Corsa Concepts bike. Also this week in no paticular order; A repowder job on my race niner, my red road bike just turned its hundredth mile today, the Cincinati mill that I bought for scrap price ($500) because I couldn't turn it down and it was only 2.5 miles from my house! and then to finish up, 2 shots of my heat treat oven which I finished this week, I'm going to try my hand at an AL. frame, my son Finn signed up to be my 75# test pilot this year.
It will also double as a powdercoat oven down the road I think. Happy one hundred everyone!
