As per this thread from the last time we did this; who's up for running it throughout September?
It'll be tricky for me as I have a lot on in Sept., but that just adds to the challenge, right?!

Please re-post the graphic when you kick it off.
Graphics below (2 options, as I found both useful last time); and there's the Wikipedia link to a plank description for the newbies:

Cool Rich. I did the ultimate version last go. You call it.
I'm in, beeyotches. Get your quarters ready for bouncing.
How many times per hour do we plank?
I'm in for it. As is the wife.
I've always found the Alpo Dog Food diet to be a good way to stay motivated and see it through.
I'm in.
I preferred the less brutal ramp-up of the second chart above, but I reckon folk should be free to choose their poison...

I'm in. This will be good, since I've been slacking on the core work recently.
I did this two years ago. The first one. Those last few days hurt my neck & back. I was fine until about 3 min, then the pain started. Maybe I'l try the second method.

I made it through last year, but after the 3 minute mark had to start putting in a couple of 30-second rest intervals (using side planks). But even so, I made it to the 5 minute mark (total time was something like 7 minutes including the side planks to get me to the 5 minutes standard).
I'm in again. Been slacking.
I'm gonna recommend the 2nd/bottom program, as the longest "on" interval is 80 seconds. Seems a lot more reasonable than building up to 5 minutes of torture, and it worked for me and several others last year.
I'm in.
I'll be on the road for the first ten days of the month, then a few times for work later in Sept. So this'll keep me honest.
I'm in. My body is strong quads, heart and lungs with a marginal brain perched on top. Everything else is vestigial. I need the accountability from you guys to do this.
I'm in too. I've always lacked the motivation to do core exercises. Hope that printing the calendar will help me.
