Thanks Benny!! Really fun build and glad to get that front end fitting better. This color, one of my favorites!
NATE
Nate, you have REALLY been hitting out of the park lately!!
Hot pink. Hard to photograph its intensity, have to see it at Baller's.

Oh man, Nate...I can't wait to see that!
Visited Zukas World HQ this morning to talk fit and final details on my bike. Super stoked!

Hot pink, cocaine white.
That turned out nice! Great parts selection and stoked to see that frame pump fitting perfectly. Ready for some nice Georgia dirt/country roads!

Fresh clear coat on a Friday night.
Your style is a real inspiration. Great bikes.

These are set up with 40's for adventurous days.

These have tubeless 28's for pavement, and are dirt capable if I feel so inclined.

Curves and symmetry.
So nice! I like the matching curve between the SS and CS
How do you maintain symmetry with complex bends like that? Truely in awe.
M
(or is it a case of the craftsman is the only one who knows a flaw being that one bend is only Xmm different than the other)

Di2 'n it. Some random pics of wire routing.

So close! I'm getting pumped. Good thing I'm slammed busy the next two weeks, otherwise I'd be pestering you daily asking when it was gonna be ready haha.
Care to share how you are bending the Paragon Low Riders? A thick hunk of nice steel to put in a vice and simply bent by hammer with repeatable non-destructive results.
Trade secret? Just better at hitting things in a vise with a hammer than most?
Here ya go, super high tech! Barely leaves a mark and followed up with a protractor measurement for symmetry.

I can't wait to see that pink bike tomorrow!
And the other one again...it was one of my favorites last year.
That white one...well, both, really.....what posts are you using? White one looks a USE clamp? And that light mount....that's clean.
Actually the white is baby blue, always has been a hard color to take a picture off. Correct on the USE Alien post, the pink one has a Ritchey post. Both are cut down to 40mm. I can't stand clamping things like light mounts so I made a bracket that bolts directly to the seat mast.
Thanks! NATE
Even Otis is an admirer of Zukas bikes. ;)

Nate, quick question on the Ballers Disc bike. What did you run with the front chain ring? I am about to do some of the same climbs as Ballers in a few weeks time and I think I will take my 44 Disc Bike 1 x 10. I have a 32 on the rear but would be interested in how you found the single ring and what you had as a set up? Thanks.
Is that a Wolf Tooth Components chain ring?
I ran a 40t sram narrow wide ring up front that needed some "reworking" to fit a campy crank. 11-32 cassette 11 spd out back. Wasn't to bad, actually nice on the George Washington climb. The cub creek was a bit of a push but got through it pretty well. On the flats plenty of gear but ran out pretty quickly on the super step descents. I just tucked to stay with the group!
