I hang out across the at at PL most of the time but loved the pizza thread and have been making pizza in my oven at 600 for years.
Tried this lebanese pies for dinner this evening. These are fessh ground lamb that I just picked up today.
Ground lamb mixed with zaatar and a bit of tomato puree, one with greek black olives and one with sun dried tomatoes. Had these with a big greek salad with some really good greek feta and olives and homemade greek dressing.
