Good old Nailhead.
Chrome plating is toxic and horrible, but it does look mighty good on old cars ...
I'm surprised this small baby is even street legal in UK

But it has a proper license plate so I guess it is.
It's a Peel P50 made by the Peel Engineering Company on the Isle of Mann from 1962-1965
It weighs in at 130 lbs. It has no reverse gear since you just grab it by the handle in the back and turn it around.
Still available, so to speak.

Near farmers market this morning, pretty beat up Buick Special, guessing 1953, parked in front of a towing yard, blocked wheels possibly indicate non operable.

When I was riding this morning I saw a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. At first I was looking at it curiously wondering if it was some high zoot EV, then I saw the logo, then they put the brakes on. Doggy bones. They put lights that look just like doggy bones on the back. Effective and functional but as stupid looking as they could possibly be. I suppose nobody tells the salesman to get in and press the brakes while they check out the rear end is how they get away with it. I was giggling for miles.
I don't know who would be stupid enough to buy a Santa Fe (or any other huge ICE SUV) over the Hyundai Staria Van.

EDIT: seeing that it is not available in the USA.
It makes no sense to me but people love SUVs more than vans. That van looks great.
If that Staria was available in the US - I would leave work early today to go buy one.
