2011 velocipede salon awards

let's help the founders recognize extraordinary vsalon contributions
by setting up categories for most admired posts/posters during 2011
that all registered salonistas would be able to vote for at the end of the year
this may stimulate more voluminous and thoughtful content from all participants

to set this up correctly we need to develop award categories in the beginning
that would be voted upon by the general vsalon populace at the end of the year

let's use this thread to assemble the list of proposed award categories
to be considered by our moderators who would decide the targets for 2011

here are a few suggestions:

1. best "off topic" topic
2. most technically proficient post
3. greatest racing lore contributions

what categories would you like to be considered for 2011 awards?

6. Nicest Gallery Bike

7. Most Friday Night Lights Contributions

we'll start with some awards at NAHBS

- beer drinking contest

- best dancer

- nicest pair of shoes
