Did a few tube swaps to compensate for the British need to hurl any bike with wheels off of jumps, etc..
I helped one of the highschool interns build this Tuesday night... He was a little heavy with the heat, but man, that dude pretty much single-handedly took that frame from Solidworks drawing to finish filing the brazes in 4 hours. Not bad for 16!

Conventional milling with .75" Hanita Javelin 3-flute TiCN @ 6,000 RPM x 84ipm on .150" radial engagement and 1" depth of cut in Mic6.
