I just completed my first 45 minute Fit Wall workout and all I can say is wowza was that a hard workout. Anyone else try this work out? The workout definitely uses muscles in a different way than I am used to.

I'd never heard of it before. It looks like something invented by an evil librarian! Did you go to a gym or buy one of those contraptions?
Why would that be preferred to simply upping the number of push ups, and pull ups and .....?
Because it's really hard to market a length of 2" water pipe an insanely over inflated prices.
Interesting perspective with this one. But, according to my rudimentary physics experience, I don't think there's any added gravity of doing a "push up" on that thing and doing an actual push up.
So, mainly because I don't feel like reading into it, what's the idea behind this contraption?
