Doubtful anyone here knows this. Doubtful if anyone knows who does the paint. Best to just buy a piece of kit and have the painter match that. It's not rocket surgery but you may be asking for something that nobody wants to share.
A good starting point is the color ford used back in the 90's. It was very close to the original celeste. I think they used it on their pickup trucks.
