Let's call this a fixed crit bike. Easily fits 28s, probably room for 30s.
A few steps forward with this build: I'm much closer to a good welding sequence -- no need to persuade the frame into straightness.
Few steps back: ST/SS junction looks like I did it with oven mitts on.
