This post isn't so much about building a frame as it is building the tools and process to build a frame.
I've been working towards being able to mold carbon tubes and frame parts in-house. Step one was purchase a 3D printer and inexpensively create molds for shaped inflation bladders. You can see the first attempt below. A few kinks to work out but the first one held air pressure. It will eventually help form a hollow BB86 shell.
