I've learned that when the doctor says to take it easy for at least two weeks after my knee arthroscope, I should listen to him. Day 8 and I've done too much and now it's swollen up. Oxycodone and ice packs.

That 7 days of sex is exhausting -- what with all the work schedules, kids and 5am bicycle rides before work. We only made it 6 days (last night would have been day 7) but we doubled up on a couple of those days so we earned the 7th day of rest. Guess we could have picked a less-busy week to have fun with this challenge but damn if I'm not madly in love with my wife after 17 years of marriage.
I think I've finally mentally confirmed that I really do ride better when I'm rested, though I really wish I could ride well every day without getting fatigued.
