I'd purchased a used Axiom and wrote Seven's "info" address hoping for a little info. The detailed response came back about 4 hours later. I was so impressed I wrote this:

Thanks so much! I was a little hesitant to even ask for this info in the first place, and you respond within hours with more than I asked for!
If the bike is as responsive as the company (and I expect it will be), I should be very, very happy!
