Nice work Michael! I don't have a weigh-in but I got my beater built and will be riding to work (~20 mile round trip), which should help a lot.

Last two days 186.7, 188.1. Have been eating like shit, but am working it out.
Out of town and no rides for several days = weight gain. How much I don't know exactly because I was already dressed when I weighed myself this a.m. But it was definitely up. We'll see tomorrow morning.
