I didn’t know that you dabbled in lugs, Steve and that is some intense lug work with all of the complex angles and connection points.

Made them all myself.
I've done a lot of slip-fit work over the years including seat sleeves on every bike and a good # of lugged forks and a total of one fully lugged road bike with HJ lugs for my helper at the time, which came out amazing.

Back in Fork-landia, I do a good # of forks for old 26" bikes where the Atom Bomb or Judy has gotten crispy but the bike is fine as well as just forks for anything 445 ATC or less
