Gotcha. I'm modifying the rear and keeping the front as is hence the term "Bobbed". I understand the whole riding in the rain / spray / courtesy thing with full fenders and flaps. If a client asked for that, I'd be down for it and make it look great. But if the clients game for that look with a slight increase in spray potential, it's getting bobbed. But I have to be honest: Full fenders just look so school boy, packed lunch with my name on the paper bag.
Modern incarnations are a lot better IMO (like that green one you just finished up Eric-that's a great looking bike with the black fenders).
Mitering. I don't cope. This is a Metal Shop bub...

Wool is where it's at. Or "wear" it's at...

Wool is badass. Like your bikes.
See that transition? This is how it's done...

That's really nice Kris! No bulge, ripple or even hint of diameter change! Well done!

No. 10 Alumina Nozzle with matching Gas Lens. I have to say this is a awesome piece of kit. I also have a No. 12 which has a slightly larger opening. Both offer wonderful coverage, but what I found most significant is the amount of control and dexterity I now have with the torch. I don't have to pinch that nozzle so much anymore-fits in my hand nicely and I can relax my grip a bit more and that equates to better control / welds. I also changed a few of my settings and I am really happy.
