SRAM Road front braze-on derailleur: spec not compatible with industry standard

Just wanted to update this thread, since some time has passed. Mr. Sachs has put into the production the following offering which resolves this issue with the Double OS seat tubes:

“Sax Max” Front Derailleur Braze-on Tabs
