RW, do you have a smoker? If not....duuuude, get one. Pulled pork is good...but BBQ pulled pork, bathed in smoke for many many hours, is even better!
We grilled some pork chops this weekend, made some Mac & Chesse in the InstantPot, and made this cinnamon apple topping for the chops. My first time cooking bone-in pork chops - I'LL NEVER DO BONELESS AGAIN! These were sooooooo much better than any boneless chops I've cooked before. They didn't dry out, and the texture was more like a good steak than a pork chop.

All the Ravioli tips worked. Went with the thinnest possible setting on the KitchenAid. Guests had a blast making their own versions of Ravioli. Of course some clown had to put Habanero powder into a few and not keep track of them coming out of the water. I'm onto pasta variations now but really good old Trader Joes white flour makes very good pasta.
Smoked a few Boston butts for a crowd last weekend. First one had to come out a little early as the natives were getting restless and the stall took longer than expected. It was delicious. The 2nd one was amazing. Can't seem to attach pics from Firefox it appears or I would!

Great weather, family and friends made for a party on the patio...baked chicken, pulled pork bbq, heirloom tomatoes, cole slaw and some cheesy potatoes. I passed on the sangria but it didn’t matter as the outlaws drained the containers. And no thanks Dustin...if I added a smoker to my cooking arsenal it would not be a good career move.
Everyone who likes to cook, or eat, needs a smoker IMO! If you were closer I'd try to sell you mine, I want to build myself a drum smoker but need to get rid of my current smoker...don't need two...
Go to heaven three times R.W. that spread was done with alot of love.
When doesn’t RW put out an impressive table? Adding a smoker to his repertoire would just not be fair.

Finally cool enough to cook again!
Venison jerky. It's a great use for chops / steaks from the deer. Working the freezer down for fall.
This batch was smoked and we left it a bit moist. Nice complex flavor. Citrus, pepper flakes, garlic, ground coffee and a whole lotta other stuff. Had to vacuum seal most of it so we didn't eat it all in a couple days!
Venison chili was made to keep fresh local sweet corn and veggies company. No pics. Too hungry.

I know it's not the weekend yet, but... It's pretty cool to look out in the garden instead of the freezer when coming up with dinner ideas. In part, tonight, grilled fresh figs to top grilled chicken, and a cucumber salad made with home made yogurt. The Spanish rice also includes eggs from our ducks.

When Mrs. RW says grille, I grille...ribeyes from the neighborhood butcher and various other goodies from the neighbors and the farmer's market...bread by yours truly of course.
This isn’t RW level stuff. Did a flank steak in a gochujang marinade and some purple sweet potatoes in the IP.http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...pscthmevts.jpg

Charcoal grilled pork chops and a variety of sides...paired with a nice Pinot Gris. Perfect after a beautiful Fall weekend full of riding. Just chillin’ with Mrs. RW now and thinking about an affogato.
After a 14 hour day I’m munching a pb&j Sammy. Yours looks much better.
