Initially I wanted to take a picture of my neighbours repairing their fishing net but I felt uncomfortable asking them for the permission and went taking a polaroid of the varadero on the beach instead.

Yep. Major environmental cleanup has been completed for the plant site which closed in 1981. This building has had the asbestos removed, but lead paint removal will be required. The structure is amazingly well preserved as someone had the insight to maintain the roof. It’s all about the proforma and the incentives at this point.

I saw an image in Outside magazine about 50yrs ago of rabbit tracks, in the snow, with wing tips progressively growing to full wing prints above huge turmoil in the rabbit tracks with the wing prints progressively getting smaller, no more rabbit tracks, till there were no more marks in the snow.
Tho it was a photograph, it was like watching it happen. Cool photograph.
