Attachment 44188Dogma prevents me from wearing the look alikes. But whatever gets you down the road.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm trying to keep it below 42mm.

There's the Victorinox Dive Master 500 Mecha- Victorinox Swiss Army Dive Master 500 Mecha diving watch | World Watch Review
It's available in all black PVD with a 43mm case. Pretty sharp looking watch with good water resistance and a good movement. List price is $1000 though I'm sure you could find it for considerably less. There are several watches in the Dive Master line that might fit the bill.
TAG Heuer made a Aquaracer 500 All Black a couple of years ago with 43mm Titanium case w/PVD- really sharp watch and it would be worth looking for a used one.

I've got an Ocean Vintage Red very nice watch. I get a lot of compliments on it, keeps great time and it wears very well. I've got a picture posted with it on here someplace I'll find it later and re post it.

How about right at 42mm? Hamilton makes a black titanium automatic field watch.

I don't know too much about the watch, but it looks pretty good.

Wow that does look pretty nice. I've wanted to pick up another watch in this price range. I was looking at bronze divers for a little change of pace - but this looks like a nice beater to wear around.

Saw one of the MKII "McQueen" explorer homage, or whatever you want to call it, in person yesterday. CRAZY impressed by how good it looks. The MKIIs are the business.

That's a nice looking watch. I want to pick up another automatic since the Kinetic I bought back in '99 has ruined me for battery watches. Anyone know about how much they run?
Re: automatic/mechanical watches on a budget.
O/T but anyone intersted in a Seiko Orange Monster with the rubber strap? I bought a few watches a last year and while I love the feel of it, orange just isn't my thing.. With box/papers etc.. Make me an offer if you are interested, pm an email for pics.

You can get one for ~$700. Maybe cheaper if you shop around more. Search by the ref number.
