A recipe and/or cooking challenge.!.

I have been thinking about this for a while.

A little background. My wife is/was a professional baker that owned a bakery until she sold it. An excellent cook as well. We grow huge gardens and are adventurous with our palates. I do most of the cooking, however. I have more time than she does. I consider, and have been told that I am a good cook. We have people over weekly and events at our house every couple of weeks.

I was vegetarian for 20 years and vegan for 10 of those. No longer, but I still have a pretty clean and strict diet I adhere to. I eat food!!! Pretty much just food, no cheez nips or junk. It's just me, she says I am kinda militant.

That being said, we sorta take serious cooking for people based on there intolerances or dietary restrictions.

The Challenge: if you have an intolerance, allergy, certain diet, or just simply can't stand a certain food, post it up. We will then, hopefully, as a team come up with some good recipes or hints for that particular culinary choice.

Some of the diets we are familiar with are SCD, Paleo, vegetarian and vegan, Chrohn's and Colitis (our niece), Celiac, grain free, gluten free etc.

Example: my vegetarian aunt is coming for dinner, she loves chicken noodle soup..
