Starrett, Lenox and Morse all do the job. Some folks further clean up the arbor seat and tooth profile.
Did you actually measure that run out or assume it was bad? Plenty has run out but produce a perfect miter in the size requested. The set-up and the way the tube is held is more important than the saw being used to cut it. Seriously the $5 to $10 holesaw is a plenty good product.
Yep it was out quite a bit maybe a 1/16 or so. The cutter looked egged shaped. The test cut was very big. I'll go try another one maybe it was damaged or something.
