Slow Cooker / Crock Pot recipes. What have you got?

So after thirty years of cooking without one, I got a slow cooker as present not too long ago. Turned out some pretty good pulled pork easy-peasy, and now that I'm back to working out of the house a few days a week, would like a set it and forget it recipe or two. Any recommendations?

A lady I met on Friday was all about making macaroni and cheese in one. I didn't ask for details but there might be a recipe to be found.
