Why not simply add a link?

I found Henery James.Does the Peterk manual have the info I need.Tools for lugged construction.Bicycle guys need a new chassis every year just like race car guys.Steel fatigues and begins to work harden. The vehicle wont do what you want it to do (not good) = CRASH.That's the reason I want to be a frame builder, and the Tommassini screw up by a bike shop ( bottom bracket pic).
Bringili jig any good for someone like me.

Yup, get the Paterek manual and read it cover to cover a few times before buying anything else. Really you need some files, gloves, goggles, hacksaw, O/A setup, drill and nails if you want to pin your joints, cloth or paper abrasives, misc other tools like pliers. That's besides consumables like tubes, lugs, brass, and cast frame parts.
Don't buy a jig yet.
I don't think anyone has been able to find you on Flickr - can you post a link? Searching for "marty meadors" gives us nothing.
