Just an observation, I can see that you did not put the cart before the horse. Your work shows you've put many many hrs. into refining your throwing technique vs hacks who do not. Very good pottery looks lightly touched than kissed with an treatment on it's surface. This you've done and boy howdy it's nice. Kudos. I need to make room at our house for some of your goodies.
*"A new shape" the last coffee/tea mug on the right gets a 10+. Everything works. NICE :)
Those tumblers are badass. I don't typically buy mugs (or tumblers), but would consider a set of those simply because they look freakin' awesome.
Very impressive. It's a shame you posted this so late in the month. I bet you would have sold quite a few Xmas presents to forumites.
Just curious, is this a hobby at which you make a few bucks, just for fun or a primary business. Either way your work is great. I see you have a web site and an etsy account. I am definitely going to look you up.
Great work.

ERDR,
I appreciate the kind words. The pottery is more than a hobby but not yet a full time gig. The short story … I went to college as an engineer and am modestly far down that rabbit hole. When the business side of the pottery is further along, I am looking forward to leaving the keyboard behind for the potters wheel. At the moment, career-1 is allowing me to do it right and be a success at career-2.

We just go two from Keith today. They are WAY nicer than they look on the web site. Not that they look at all bad on the web site, but the actual mugs in your hand are just beautiful and they make my coffee even better.
Nice work!
Drinking from one now :) Kudos, they are very very good.
a little practice with the camera and lights. here are some mugs looking a little better!
Keith:
Now, that's what they really look like! Thinking forward to the time when our kitchen will finally be done, can you do mugs the same size as the tumblers but with the clay like that marble look in the bottom mug? June loves the two pieces you sent us before Christmas and she wants your mugs to "dress up" the new space.
Tom,
I've been working hard on the photography. Thanks for encouraging me!
Mugs like the tumblers are no problem. I will have some with black and gray in the next batch. If its not a color you have seen already, let me know what colors are interesting and I'll make a graduated study to hit the shade.
Kind regards,
Keith
Outstanding Keith. I can never seem to beat Queen to use the mug you sent :( Hint hint I like this alot :
Josh, we'll get you one from the next batch. These pieces have either left the ranch or been claimed internally (the GF gets first pick). I'm also pondering the plate / platter situation. Hopefully, I will have some prototypes soon.
