New 8020 frame jig
So I am starting my 8020 frame jig.
I will connect the 160x80 to the 80x80 tomorrow by drilling and tapping the holes.
Then start the head tube part after.
Any suggestions?
Want the center of the BB to be the pivot point.
The head tube will pivot at the bottom of the head tube.
The axle will be something like 44 bikes.
It will be a copy a lot of what has been done already.

Re: New 8020 frame jig
Making some progress. Spine and upright is attached. I guess I measured right! If a little is good more is better. More’s law. So I did the 8 bolts. Probably could of just done 4.

Once it’s finished I will attach it while on a surface table so it’s square.

Big shout out and thank you to Kris at 44 bikes for letting me pick his brain. All the head tube junction parts are machined. Now I need to drill and tap. Attachment 117474

A little progress. Finished the slot for the bolt to adjust head sube angle and added a pointer that will reference the degrees that will be machined and laser etched in the back plate.
