finding work in new places - nationwide recruiters

I am fortunate to have an abundance of diverse employers in the Boston area as well as recruiters that are quick to contact me with new opportunities. Unfortunately Boston is not really where we want to be in the long run so these benefits are only serving to delay the inevitable.

Is anyone here familiar or experienced with nationwide recruiting groups? I'm a Project Manager in the healthcare business software arena but I'm generally interested in healthcare business opportunities, not just those related to Project Management. I'd like to move west to Montana to be closer to family. What services have folks here used to help find employment prior to relocating? I really cannot leave the opportunities we currently have without similar ones already in place but I'm having a hard time finding real opportunities to pursue.
