Minnesota or Michigan writer/naturalist cabin??
I remember someone posting a photo of a cabin built/owned by a popular writer on nature in either Minnesota or Michigan. The cabin was nearly square with windows all around with a desk for writing. The writer is now deceased by the house may be preserved by a foundation. I cannot for the life of me find the photo even though I saved it somewhere, but I am more interested in who the writer is/was and where they lived (might not be either Minnesota or Michigan.) Someone was asking me about local nature writers in the 1960's for a project of theirs, and I was thinking perhaps this person was writing then.
Thanks for plugging a hole in my brain.

First thought was Aldo Leopold, but he had more of a farmstead than a cabin, IIRC.
