Yesterday we rode down some muddy roads along the Blackstone river toward Cumberland in search of Cumberlandite (nerd alert). It’s the state rock of Rhode Island which has high concentrations of iron and titanium (@fireflybicycles take note for locally sourced Ti). Well, we found the spot which was on a nice old timer named Bill’s property and played with a magnet on the rock for a bit before riding the pictured titanium trail through an old cemetery toward Diamond Hill. We spent a little time at the Diamond Hill Reservoir and saw a tree eating a sign. It was good day. #cumberlandite #titaniumtrails #welcomedarling #treeseatingthings #explorerhodeisland
