One of my favorite ways to “recover” from a big hard bike ride is to go wheelin with friends. That’s why Moab is so much fun and why Tucson is an awesome town to ride and 4x4 in. Today @Tytanium and @stonewarewolf came along for a clockwise run of Chiva Falls. Julia shot all these photos so I edited them differently - kind of a faded slide film - and Ty shot the last frame, a video of the hardest part on the trail for me, just below Three Feathers. It’s a slanted wall with a high boulder on the side so it can get tippy if you don’t go over the boulder.-It felt good to stretch the new @kingshocks and @endlesshorizonoutfitters Slinky Long Travel. It rubs a tiny bit when completely flexed out and I’ve already got 2” bumpstop extensions.-Ziggy is a bit smokey when it’s at elevations over 3,000’ because I have the IP tuned to be a bit lean at sealevel where I live, so pardon the stinky toots when I’m gunning it in 4L like the first photo. ??
