This is me and Queen at PBP. At that point in the event were were still tossing out little plastic toy soldiers and candy to kids.
At every control we'd roar into the bike parking area and declare "Viva La France". It never failed to get a cheer ;)

This is maybe my favorite one, Iron Hill Cross Country Delaware Championship Race. I took the cat 2 Delaware title here in my age group in 2012.

Granogue XC 2016 - Think I literally finished last in my group and maybe even overall, what a blast though as usual. Here posing with my buddies kids, if they really raced the'd have probably whooped me too.

First is a shot of me racing in the Indiana University Little 500 from 2007. I owe a lot of my racing development to my time at IU and racing Little 500.



Leading out a Wisconsin Off Road Series (WORS) race in 2012. Probably one of my first times at the front of a WORS race.



Loosing my top 10 (I finished 11th) to Barry Wicks at cross nationals in 2013



And last a shot by Weldon Weaver from the 2017 Cross nationals.

Yes! Good eye, Richard. We were indeed on Masis. Mine was a pearl yellow with double-plate chrome crown but I can't remember what the other fellow's bike color was. There were quite a few Masi Gran Citeriums used in nor-Cal racing back in those days-- very good bikes, IMHO.

This was my first or second MTB race somewhere in Missouri. And quite possibly the first time I ate a powerbar. I was about 142lb at 6'1. I got second or first place as I recall. And I know a dude wrecked into a bee or hornets nest and got the bejebus stung out of him.
