    Default Tandem Downhill

A buddy sent this may way recently. Not new, but I haven't seen it around here and it's too good not to share.

Kudos for getting it done. Without judgement it is a case of inspite of rather than because of.

Anyone who's willing to be the stoker on a DH tandem is a keeper. #trust

I dont have the air skills on a single mtb let alone on a tandem. This guys tight corner skills are excellent. stoker is doing a great job weighting the back and staying neutral. the rest...the roots and rocks? Yea, a tandem can kill those in a way a single mtb cannot. we could probably ride 75% of that video, certainly not at that speed

here's our full-suspension Ventana ECdM ... 6" front, 4" rear, 203/185 six piston hopes...so much fun...except last year when I gaffed a section on a single track cut into the side of a hill and we inverted and both went head first 40 feet upside down to the left, bike on top of us sliding steep straight downhill into branches and bushes. Believe me, I heard about that for awhile. My Garmin 500 is down there somewhere....
